Loved the series, easy reading
I loved every single one of these books. The characters were awesome and great for each other. Could not put these down at all. I voluntarily reviewed an advance reader copy of this book.
Awesome series and an awesome writer.
I enjoyed it but felt like it was written by someone for whom English was not necessarily 1st language. No problems with that, I couldn't write anything in a 2nd language. My reference was just the use of certain words and phrasing. Also the constant use of smirking instead of smiling. Silly little irritants. Otherwise ok. I love Paris and was there recently so was fun to visualise certain places. I'd have loved to have found La Boheme and met Jeanne and enjoyed her coffee.
I can't say enough Good about this book and all of Alix's other books. I loved all of her books. She has a way of drawing the reader into the story and making you miss all of your appointments just so you can keep reading. It is a pleasure to read her books because her editor(s) know how to form a complete sentence without all of the mistakes I see in most of the other books (except Non-fiction). Reading a book by Alix means I won't have to re-read everything just to figure out what the author was trying to say.LaBoheme was a great collection of wonderful characters with fabulous stories to tell. Thank you Alix for bringing those characters to life. I enjoyed every minute and only wish you had another 1000 books for me to read. I did get the free book when I signed up for her website, but by then I had already read all of the books. So if you haven't read all of her books yet, go sign up and get the free one first. I know you'll like them as much as I did.
I enjoyed reading all of these stories. I really liked the writing and storylines. I liked the characters and their relationships. I voluntarily reviewed an Advanced Reader Copy of this book.
An enjoyable interconnected series of novellas set in Paris (around the La Boheme bistro). I especially enjoyed The One. Adrien and his sweater. Very much a contemporary series.Recommend.💋I voluntarily reviewed an arc of this book.
This is a fantastic collection of romance stories!! You get 4 books and 2 novellas for one great price!! The stories are standalone and are really wonderful, I enjoyed reading well into the night a few nights in a row. If you love good romance by a talented author get this collection you will not be sorry.I voluntarily reviewed an advanced reader copy of this book.
